How do i upload pictures?

A.

go to your page,go down till you see a bar in the middle of the page that says "my pictures".click add pictures.then you will go to the upload page and follow the instructions

How do i upload a default picture?

A.

go to your page.on the left hand side,and click manage page.then you'll see a place to upload the picture at the top of the page.
